Return and Refund Policy
Hippioh Hemp offers a 100% refund on all orders prior to shipping. Hippioh Hemp does not offer refunds on any orders for any reasons at all after they have shipped. Only in the event that a product has been damaged or is faulty will Hippioh Hemp consider offering a replacement order at their sole discretion.
Please do not send any products back to us as the package will be refused and returned to sender.
ThispPolicy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Hippioh Hemp takes a photograph of every order before they are shipped, therefore if you receive the incorrect product(s) or the flower is in bad condition, Hippioh Hemp will offer a replacement at Hippioh Hemp’s sole discretion and will only consider a replacement after a customer provides sufficient photographic evidence. In the event that Hippioh Hemp confirms that Hippioh Hemp has made a mistake, then Hippioh Hemp will re-ship a replacement product(s) free of charge.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU SEND PACKAGES BACK TO US, PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.
Shipping Policy
We ship all across the USA to all states where THCA is legal and offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 in the United States!
Shipping is only available in states and countries where THCA is legal. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill Hemp is now federally legal in all 50 states!
All THCa Hemp Flower is shipped discreetly and contains lab reports as well as a notice to authorities to support the validity and legality of the of the products within the package. THCa Flower orders are shipped in heat/vacuum sealed bags to preserve freshness and contain the scents of the products.
All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after the order is placed regardless of the postage purchased.
During sales and new product releases the volume of orders can cause the processing time to take up to an additional 7 business days.

STANDARD SHIPPING
As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.
GUARANTEED DELIVERY
For our US customers, we offer “Guaranteed Delivery” for an additional fee: Tracked package, Signature, Second delivery on failed deliveries*
You can file a claim by sending an email to [email protected] with your order number if you notice your tracking is delivered but you have not received it.
*If Hippioh Hemp determines deliverability failed due to a non-customer issue, Hippioh Hemp will send a second package.
International Shipping
We are currently not shipping outside the continental United States. It is completely up to the customer to know your laws. Hippioh holds no responsibility for lost, confiscated or stolen packages. USPS offers some insurance on the packages and if we are able to complete a claim we will reimburse you for any loss. We do not accept returns or give refunds on international orders.
Wholesale Transactions
Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final on all wholesale transactions.
